Who you are ...
Join the Bob Platform Group as a Product Manager Student position specializing in Integrations . The Platform Group serves a diverse audience, from Bob customers to internal R&D teams, ensuring seamless integration capabilities that drive customer success and product adoption. As the Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of integrations that connect Bob's platform with third-party systems such as Identity Management, recruiting, and collaboration too
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Prior exposure to product development processes or experience collaborating on technical projects
  • Understanding of how product roadmaps are shaped, including considerations of user needs, business impact, and implementation effort
  • A foundational technical background or experience working alongside developers
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate user needs, define workflows, and consider user experience implications
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Familiarity with platform development or developer-facing tools

Awareness of integration concepts such as APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), and data flows
