The Product Manager will develop and optimize payment solutions, conduct market research, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong expertise in payments to build the strategy, development, and optimization of payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Payment Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive payment product strategy to enhance customer experience
Identify and evaluate emerging payment technologies and market trends - Product Development and Optimization
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products, from concept to launch
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to deliver payment solutions
Continuously optimize payment processes to reduce transaction costs and improve speed and reliability - Market Research and Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements - Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with payment providers, banks, and fintech companies to expand payment options
Ensure seamless integration with trading platforms and compliance with regulatory standards - Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
Stay updated on payment regulations in key markets (e.g., AML, PSD2, FATF guidelines)
Implement robust fraud prevention and risk management measures - Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as payment success rates, cost per transaction, and user satisfaction - Identify areas for improvement based on performance metrics
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and payment platform architecture
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools for performance tracking
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR)
- Experience working with multi-currency, cross-border payments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Will be a plus
- Proven track record as a Payment Product Manager or similar role in the fintech, CFD, or trading industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
