What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Marketing Solutions team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Develop strategy and roadmap of developments for a product portfolio, working with stakeholders across the business to deliver including development of business cases and buy-in from the business.
- Discover the “why” around stakeholder requests for new features and work cross function to determine tech feasibility, priority and business value
- Analyse customer and client feedback to determine the next steps for a product
- Prioritise the implementation of new features and manage the backlog
- Liaise with Product Marketing, Marketing and Solution Consultants to ensure suitable positioning of new products
- Provide support and training for internal stakeholders
- Monitor the competitive landscape, identifying competitor offerings, strengths, and weaknesses. Utilise analysis to inform product differentiation strategies.
- Establish and track key product metrics, assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes
- Ensure product roadmaps reflect market, client challenges, competitive landscape and sales requirements
- Engages with key stakeholders to drive development and completion of projects, aligning with business strategy, Group policies and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with legal, compliance and privacy teams to ensure our products are delivered in a compliant manner.
- Ensure all product development is compliant with the requirements of the Product Governance and Management Policy and Product Quality Standard
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience working in product management for a data-driven organization
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and adtech platforms
- Experience managing product lines within large organisations
- Experience defining and executing a cohesive go-to-market plan
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Able to source and analyse data to understand drivers of business performance, and use that to identify opportunities
- Ability to communicate with and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to use insights to work with teams across the business to drive revenue growth
- Innovative: can think of different ways of achieving growth by being different from what we, or competitors, have done before
- Highly articulate with effective verbal and written communication skills to influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
