A great part of the Aircall’s product value comes from its seamless integration with the other tools used by our customers. Empowering conversations is also saving our users the time of logging calls into tickets, fetching information on CRMs, and tagging Helpdesk requests. 


We are looking for an Experienced Product Manager to work on Aircall’s key partners and take our integrations with CRMs, Helpdesks and others to the next level. This person will have to align with Engineering, Data Analysts, Go To Market teams and Product Marketing to define Aircall’s vision for his/her scope of work and make it a success.

Key responsibilities


  • As Product Manager for Ecosystem, you are responsible to create best-of-class integrations with our key partners and make them evolve to provide the right value for the user.


    To do so, you will be an active participant in the definition of the vision and strategy of the Integrations scope of Aircall, in order to maximize value for our customers and support revenue growth. You will discover and present new product insights by analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data.


    You will also be responsible for the delivery of your product by leading a development team with the help of data analysts, backend and frontend developers.


    Here are a few examples of topics that could be handled by your team: HubSpot Conversation Intelligence, Salesforce integration, integrated CTI strategy definition, Intercom integration delivery, Public API alignment capabilities, etc.


    To do so, you’ll be working with various internal stakeholders for each phase of your product lifecycle:

  • Discovery: Sales, Account Executive, Customer Success, Onboarding, Support
  • Framing: Design, Data, Product Marketing
  • Development: Engineering team, SRE, QA

Qualifications:

  • +3 years of business experience using analytics to drive product results
  • Experience in working with integrated softwares, white-label solutions and APIs
  • Having worked on core CRMs and/or Helpdesks is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Intercom…)
  • You have been working for a B2B SaaS company for at least 3 years
  • You are empathetic and understand the need for your stakeholders to be aligned and compelled to your vision
  • Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
