Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Everyday Banking team here at Westpac. As the Product Manager you will be working on the day-to-day management of the Innovation, Loyalty and Ecosystem portfolio, focusing on the customer experience while managing the end-to-end aspects of delivery of products to market, regularly finding insights and opportunities to improve the products, acquiring and retaining customers.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams. You must be a strategic thinker focused on driving excellent commercial and customer outcomes and will ideally come from a background in banking.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You

  • Financial Services Product Management experience

  • Strong understanding of acquisition and retention, loyalty landscape and eco system development

  • Innovation management skills, capable of bringing creative ideas of others to life

  • The ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
