THE OPPORTUNITY:

Title:  Product Manager

Location: UK (100% remote)

Permanent role, full time employee

Primary purpose of the role:

Develops and directs marketing programs for a significant product or product category.

Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to
current features and functionality.

Establishes marketing strategies, including product direction advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category life cycle.

Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates.

About the opportunity:

An ideal candidate for this role must be a passionate, team-oriented problem solver with exceptional product management skills, a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), and a proven record of accomplishment of driving customer-led product innovation and growth.

You will develop and direct product programs for a significant product or product category. Compile and evaluate research on the market's product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
Establish marketing strategies, including product direction, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category life cycle.

Interface with engineers, designers, independent software vendors and customers to develop product requirements and specifications.

Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates.

Your role in our mission:

  • Join the team and lead the Iron Mountain InSight Digital Experience Platform in Europe, overseeing its development, enhancements, and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to drive adoption of our platform in Europe.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation.
  • Drive the launch and adoption of new platform features and enhancements tailored to meet
    the specific needs of European clients, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations and requirements in Europe and implement new platform capabilities to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our Content Services Platform solutions in Europe. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to highlight our products and thought leadership.

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

  • Previous experience as a product manager, demonstrating a record of accomplishment of successfully leading product initiatives and driving results.
  • Product management skills such as maintaining roadmaps, building backlogs, launching products, making build vs buy decisions, supporting commercial teams in GTM, working with engineering teams to build products, mandatory
  • Technology background and experience with digital products and
    services.
  • Strong background in SaaS (Software as a Service) products, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, Pricing Models and best practices.
  • Experience in B2B environments at scale, managing products and services for enterprise-level clients.
  • Prior experience with Content Services Platforms, ideally within the information management or document storage industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, including knowledge of the challenges and opportunities associated with delivering software services to large organizations
