We’re looking for a highly organized and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our growing Brandwatch SMM team. You will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives, improving team efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects that support our platform’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for projects across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
Coordinate communication across stakeholders and facilitate alignment during the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams stay on track to meet goals.
Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement of project processes.
Maintain transparency with status updates, reporting, and documentation.
Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to support sprint execution and milestone tracking.
Define acceptance testing criteria. Lead the execution of the acceptance testing .
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
PMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent is a plus.
