Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. We support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe to connect with conscious customers through our rapidly scaling digital platform, introducing ethically sourced fashion, design, home and beauty collections through our international online marketplaces as well as flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles.

We are a fast growing scale-up business, in an exciting new phase of development, looking to expand our team of c.110 people currently located between London, New York and Los Angeles. The role

You will join us as Product Manager leading our Growth Squad. This squad’s mission is to accelerate the innovation, development and growth of the Wolf & Badger platform. This includes ensuring we are using the right mix of channels to attract loyal shoppers and encouraging these customers to return again and again. You will lead a cross-functional squad to leverage our custom technology stack to build products shoppers love, helping to drive efficient shopper acquisition and retention internationally and at scale. You will own and optimise business growth drivers through the evolution of digital marketing efforts, driving expansion into social commerce, extending the marketplace geographically and developing innovative new platform growth opportunities.

Our team works collaboratively and values in-person connection. This is a flexible hybrid role with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week of onsite attendance at our office on Wardour Street in Soho, London. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of the office and be happy to commit to this requirement.

You will:

  • Use business OKRs and insights to define and execute an iterative product roadmap
  • Communicate the squad priorities and progress to stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate with data analysts, designers, and engineers to rapidly experiment and scale successful ideas
  • Monitor key success metrics and identify long-term trends
  • Ensure we maintain velocity and deliver high-quality products
  • Help to define and iterate the agile processes for your squad
  • Work with Product Leadership to define and influence the wider product strategy
  • Speak regularly to our brands and shoppers to understand the problem space and design better solutions
  • Be technically curious and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best software development practices
  • Be passionate about marketing and alternative customer acquisition trends and loyalty initiatives

  • You are reflective and create considered ‘insight loops’, ensuring as a product and tech function we are always learning from everything we do and baking that learning into our future developments
  • You are not just comfortable with data but excited to get your hands on it and really use it to understand complex problems. You can explore a problem space using your initiative and highlight the potential opportunity areas to your immediate team and wider business

  • You will have excellent communication at all levels - be able to motivate squads with clear priorities, productively debate with stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships with external suppliers
  • You will be thoughtful and curious when interacting with customers and be able to portray their sentiments across the business which is reflective of their needs
