The Product Lead for B2B API is responsible for achieving financial targets, developing the API product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and fostering collaboration across teams. This role also involves building partnerships, leading projects for product growth, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Achieve Financial Targets: Drive product changes to achieve and exceed financial results;
- Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for the API product, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and industry trends. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leading innovation initiatives to keep the API product competitive and cutting-edge;
- Roadmap Management: Oversee and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Team Leadership: You will be responsible for fostering collaboration between the analytics, development, and support teams, acting as the glue that brings these functions together to achieve our strategic goals;
- Process Development: Work closely with the business and support teams to develop and refine cross-functional processes.
- Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success;
- Project Management: Lead and participate in key projects that drive the growth and success of the product.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a lead position with a proven track record of successful product growth;
- Experience in traveltech;
- B2B Tech Expertise: Experience working with large partners and technologically complex products (clouds, API architectures (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.), datacenters) particularly in B2B area;
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, with experience in driving product strategies;
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance;
- English Proficiency: C1+ level of English, both written and spoken;
- Willingness to Travel: Availability for occasional travel to Europe and the UK.
