Prepare reports and dashboards, coordinate with stakeholders and customers, maintain manufacturing and regulatory knowledge for assigned products, and support demos and technical presentations.
- Conduct market intelligence activities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, opportunities, and risks affecting the product portfolio.
- Analyze customer, consumer, and end-user behavior to identify unmet needs and support product-related decisions.
- Perform SWOT, GAP, pricing, and product positioning analyses to support business and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support decision-making and monitor product performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure alignment with business and market requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes, product applications, and operational capabilities relevant to assigned products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to assigned products.
- Support customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations when required.
