Product Operations sits at the center of how product strategy becomes reality. We work across the organization, influence key decisions, and create the conditions for successful product managers and product delivery.

As a Product Excellence Specialist, you'll gain exposure to product management, pricing strategy, customer and partner experience, business systems, analytics, research, and organizational transformation while working with a collaborative team that values continuous learning, ownership, and impact.

Location: Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen Area.

As a Product Excellence Specialist, you'll help turn product and commercial decisions into operational reality. Working across Product Management, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Order Management, Strategic Pricing, Legal, and Marketing, you'll coordinate product readiness, pricing, business systems, and operational activities.

Your primary focus will be Product Excellence, while also supporting broader Product Operations initiatives as business priorities evolve.

You'll:

• Drive product readiness activities for new products, releases, and commercial changes.
• Support pricing, SKU management, licensing, business rules, and product configuration processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product Management, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Order Management, Strategic Pricing, Legal, and Marketing.
• Manage product and pricing updates across relevant business systems.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements before they impact downstream operations.
• Create documentation, internal communications, and operational guidance for key stakeholders.
• Support broader Product Operations initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

We don't expect you to know Milestone's products, pricing structures, or business systems from day one. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, creates structure, and enjoys working in a dynamic and complex environment.
