REBORRN is a new breed of management consultancy, built as a hybrid of consultants and makers, future-proofing global marketing teams for the age of change. We are a cross-functional team of 55+ experts working across geographies to drive radical transformation through design thinking and hands-on problem-solving.

Focused on fast, impact-driven solutions, REBORRN’s expertise spans every need of a modern marketing team, from Strategy & Transformation to Capability Upskilling, Team Optimisation, CX Transformation, and Product & Experience Innovation. Over the years, REBORRN has partnered with some of the world’s most influential brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Bayer, PUIG, and more.

We’re expanding our Makers Tribe and seeking a Product Designer with exceptional UI craft, strong UX thinking, and a user-first mindset, with experience designing and scaling robust design systems - someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

What will your day-to-day look like?

As a Product Designer at REBORRN, you’ll be involved in the full product design lifecycle, working closely with project leads, engineers, consultants, and clients.

Your work will include:

  • Designing beautiful, functional, and user-first interfaces for digital products and services.
  • Translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, effective design solutions.
  • Crafting thoughtful UX flows, user journeys, and interaction models, not just screens.
  • Executing high-fidelity UI designs with strong sensibility for layout, colour, typography, accessibility, and behaviour.
  • Building, maintaining, and evolving Design Systems (experience with Atomic Design is a big plus).
  • Producing rapid MVPs and prototypes in tight timelines, design sprints, and fast-moving projects.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional agile teams across design, tech, and business disciplines.
  • Coordinating interface and experience decisions with Project Leads.
  • Facilitating and participating in UX workshops (discovery, ideation, co-creation).
  • Presenting work early and often to internal teams and clients, clearly explaining design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Owning multiple design tracks at the same time — from new product work to incremental improvements on existing products.
  • Exploring and experimenting with new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design and “vibe coding” approaches.

We're all about cross-functional collaboration

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. It’s not a role of comfort, but you will never get bored -that’s a promise! And It doesn’t stop there. You will always be more than welcome to get exposed to different departments within REBORRN and jump into cool projects that resonate with your personal interests. We are strong advocates of cross-functional collaboration.

REBORRN's Working Model

  • Hybrid setup - we collaborate in our Athens office at least 2 days per week.
  • Quarterly in-person all-hands for team alignment.

Requirements

Who are you?

You’re a product-minded designer with a strong UI foundation and solid UX understanding.

This is not a “stay in your lane” role. You can zoom out to see the big picture of a product while caring deeply about pixel-level details. You design with intention, clarity, and empathy for users, collaborate across teams, and understand how the whole system works - not just the interface.

You:

  • Care deeply about user-centric design and understand the value of UX research (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, making smart decisions with imperfect information.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients.
  • Enjoy collaboration and understand how design fits into product, business, and technology decisions.
  • Stay curious, up-to-date, and open to new technologies, tools, and ways of working.
  • Are tech-savvy, but have an artist’s eye and craft mindset.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Product Design / UI/UX Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX-driven product design, outstanding UI craft, and scalable design systems.
  • Experience working in startups, scale-ups, Atcom environments, or other fast-paced product teams is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Experience building, evolving, and maintaining design systems at scale.
  • Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development and iterative design cycles.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and apply qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
  • Ability to design with product metrics and measurable impact in mind, using data and experimentation to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills - visual, written, and verbal.

Benefits

What’s in it for you?

  • Work with top-tier clients on meaningful digital products
  • High-trust, high-ownership environment
  • Kick-ass tech gear
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Private medical insurance
  • Flexible remote working
  • Clear growth and learning opportunities
  • All-you-can-read books programme
  • Free public transport travel card
  • Amazing offices in the heart of Athens & London
  • Subscription for electric scooter or e-bike
  • A team where everyone is weird in their own unique way

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
