We are looking for a Product Designer to create user-first experiences that empower people globally. We’re seeking a creative thinker and proactive problem-solver who’s ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate user insights into intuitive designs, and continuously iterate to deliver market-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Create interactive elements and user flows to ensure seamless navigation
  • Organize content logically for easy access and usability
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices
  • Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product design with a focus on web and mobile platforms
  • Ability to create intuitive user flows and interactive elements
  • Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, iconography
  • Proficient in UI design, rapid prototyping and design iteration (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of user research methods and applying insights to design
  • Ability to plan and conduct usability tests and A/B experiments 
  • Knowledge of information architecture and content organization
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for all screen sizes
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, dev, and stakeholder teams
  • Excellent communication, user empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail

Will be a plus

  • Experience working with FinTech products
