As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the next-generation experience of our Consumer App. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and other designers to enhance usability, improve information architecture, and ensure design consistency across the app. You’ll also mentor a Junior Product Designer, helping to level up the design team’s impact.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires senior-level expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and UX strategy. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that the new On-Demand Payment service and job-related features integrate seamlessly into the app’s evolving IA, maintaining a cohesive, delightful user experience.

How You Will Make an Impact:Shape the design of consumer app enhancements: Own the end-to-end design of key product initiatives, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals
Develop our mobile app information architecture: Help restructure how users navigate and interact with our app, making complex money movement flows intuitive and frictionless
Mentor and guide a junior designer: Provide structured feedback, guidance, and support, helping them grow their problem-solving skills and UX expertise
Improve Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work cross-functionally to define feasible, scalable, and delightful experiences, advocating for design excellence in every phase
Drive consistency & efficiency: Identify inconsistencies in existing design approaches and contribute to the evolution of our design system
Contribute to business impact: Use research, data, and experimentation to validate design decisions and drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention
An experienced digital product designer: At least 4+ years in Product or UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app work. Experience in consumer financial products is a plus
A strategic thinker with UX expertise: You have a deep understanding of user behavior, information architecture, and navigation patterns, and can simplify complex financial interactions
A confident mentor and collaborator: You enjoy helping others grow, can give clear design feedback, and are comfortable working cross-functionally with PMs and engineers
Data-Informed, User-Centered: You leverage research, experimentation, and analytics to make informed design decisions that enhance user experience and drive business goals
Fluent in design systems and tools: Strong command of Figma, prototyping tools, and best practices for accessibility, responsive design, and mobile usability
