What you can expect
- The Product Compliance Quality Engineer defines and supports the Engineering Quality being responsible for creating, maintaining and updating the Engineering QA process
- Supports projects in the requirements compliance activities by reviewing in the acquisition phase the project requirements related quality
- Provides feedback to the project about the external standard compliance needs of the customer related engineering quality
- Defines, implements, maintains and improves the standard engineering quality process, aligning to the Product Delivery Process, Global Engineering Process and related Customer Standard Requirements
- Supports engineering quality manager in terms of tool (e.g. CodeBeamer) and quality process in performing reviews on compliance and effectiveness of Engineering QA activities
- Offers support to quality engineers regarding deployment of engineering quality process assets, work products and activities
- Analyses and improves where needed the interactions between company's engineering quality process and the other processes, including alignment to Industry applicable Standards, Global Company Policies, Procedures and Methods and the local ones
- Identify, analyze, and improve the identified engineering quality improvements potentials and deviations raised in Internal and External Audits, ASPICE assessments etc.
- Tracks the process's defined KPIs as defined in STAGES
- Manages and maintains the dedicated engineering quality tools in scope of process assets availability and maintenance (e.g. CodeBeamer templates library)
- Accompanies the continuous improvement of the Process Development
- Prepares, plans and performs trainings on engineering quality awareness
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Technical field, Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of working experience in Automotive area, preferable experienced Quality Engineer in Development
- Experience in performing Audits and/or Assessments is a plus
- Advanced knowledge in Automotive SPICE
- Basic knowledge related Functional Safety (e.g. ISO 26262 Road vehicles - Functional safety) and Cyber Security (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434 Road vehicles - Cybersecurity engineering)
- Basic knowhow of Quality relevant Standards, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 19011, VDA 6.3
- Knowledge of OEM Standards (e.g. Formel-Q-konkret etc.), especially those required via IATF Customer Specific Requirements documents
- IATF 16949 Auditor active certification on for 2016 version is a plus or at least the evidence that the training was performed (training participation certification to be available)
- Experience in process modelling and in performing process trainings
- Experience in Project Development Life Cycle, preferable process definition and implementation, knowledge related STAGES Process handling is a plus
- Knowledge of Process Performance Metrics definition, handling and tracking
- Basic knowledge of Automotive Quality Core Tools, including APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, is a plus
- Experienced or knowledge of tools like: Windchill PLM, PTC RV&S / CodeBeamer / or other CM/ALM tool, MS Office Tools
- Ability to moderate and perform reviews on standard customer quality requirements and Root Cause Analysis (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Willingness to analyze, support and drive improvements within the organization related the standard development process
- Team player who is proactive, organized, quality and customer oriented and open to communicate
- Advanced English, in speaking & writing
