Product & Application Engineer, Heat Transfer

About the Role 

As a Product & Application Engineer in our Energy Division, you will provide technical solutions in collaboration with our sales and service teams, focusing on heat transfer products and applications. You will be a key link between our external sales team, customers, and central organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical solutions and support for customer opportunities and quotes 

  • Assist with technical clarifications and participate in customer meetings 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and claims 

  • Guide and support parts and service inquiries, including recommending critical spare parts 

  • Support non-standard order clarifications for the Customer Support team 

  • Deliver training programs for employees, partners, and customers as a product expert 

  • Offer technical support to internal teams to ensure customer service excellence 

 

Who you are 

 

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in B2B sales (experience with heat exchangers is highly valued) 

  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented 

  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and building internal networks 

  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English (additional languages are a plus) 

  • Flexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys challenges
