Mō te tūranga | About the Role

Join Westpac's Business Products & Payments team as a Product Analyst and gain hands-on experience supporting our Payments Innovation portfolio.

As the Product Analyst you’ll work alongside product managers to keep things running smoothly, help coordinate activity, and support day-to-day product operations. You’ll also assist with risk management and product governance tasks within the wider portfolio.

In this role you’ll gain exposure to how products are delivered within the bank, while building on your practical skills in organisation, stakeholder management and operations.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • Financial services industry experience.

  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as you will be responsible for manual monitoring and updating of spreadsheets.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.

  • Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience in payments or working with large corporates is highly valued.
