monday.com is looking for a hands-on Procurement Specialist to own indirect procurement activities in the UK and support global needs. This is a requiring end-to-end ownership, strong execution skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing global tech company.
- 4–5 years of experience in indirect procurement
- Experience in technology procurement – an advantage
- Previous experience working in global companies – an advantage
- Strong Excel skills – must
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities end-to-end
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured
- Assertive, confident negotiator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior and junior stakeholders
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to “roll up sleeves”
