As a Process Improvement and Change Associate within the People & Process Optimisation Team, you will be working in a dynamic environment, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across various units. You will have the opportunity to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency, manage technology requests and process improvements, and play a key role in firm-wide projects and initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Complete continuous Improvement/Operational Efficiency programme for EMEA Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office
- Partner with central Continuous Improvement and Transformation teams globally to develop a consistent model for implementation of strategic solutions; identify and manage key stakeholders; engage with WLSMO teams to manage execution of the programme
- Organise the end-to-end review of EMEA WLSMO current operating model; identify synergies across the globe to adopt holistic model. Support management with execution of revised structure
- Manage the book of work capturing technology requests and process improvements
- Engage with technology and key stakeholders to develop roadmap for future market and business needs
- Act as point person for EMEA WLSMO on firm-wide projects and initiatives to drive EMEA inclusion from Day 1
- Ensure appropriate awareness with WLS managers; consolidate feedback and coordinate roll outs across team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strategic thinker with experience working on strategic transformational programmes
- Extensive knowledge of the LMA/LSTA mechanics
- Knowledge of Loan IQ, ClearPar and data rooms (e.g. Syndtrak, Intralinks)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to influence people at a senior level
- Self-motivation with tangible examples of demonstrating drive and initiative
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint and Visio/Lucid presentation skills
- Analytical mind-set - ability to obtain and manipulate Data
