Rozširujeme náš tím na montáži o procesného inžiniera, ktorého úlohou bude:
- návrh zostavy montážnej linky a montážnych postupov
- nastavovanie parametrov strojov a zariadení
- trouble shooting- analýza stability procesov (SPC)
- návrh montážnych a technologických procesov
- zavádzanie nástrojov na zvyšovanie efektívnosti výrobného procesu (napr. Kaizen, Lean, ergonómia, ESD, poka-yoke a pod.)
- definovanie normočasov pre jednotlivé typy výrobkov pomocou MTM
- tvorba pracovných postupov výrobných operácií a ich úprava
- trénovanie operátorov a nastavovačov
- komunikácia s internými i externými zákazníkmi
- spolupráca v rámci cross-functional tímov pri riešení problémov na zverenej linke
- reportovanie, externé a interné audity
