We’re seeking a visionary Principal Software Engineer to lead the evolution of our enterprise-wide strategic platform. This is a senior technical and leadership role, responsible for shaping architecture, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring robust security across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 (D365), and Azure with experience in delivery AI Projects.
You’ll set the technical direction for scalable, resilient, and secure systems, foster collaboration across Agile squads, and mentor engineering talent. As a Principal, you’ll connect management with contributors, challenge the status quo, and champion continuous improvement and innovation.

Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams, with a focus on clarity, purpose, and growth mindset.
Strategic architectural vision: Define and implement enterprise architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
Ownership of the full development lifecycle: From planning to delivery, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and operational suitability.
Advanced team management: Mentor and coach engineers, foster transparency, and build strong relationships across squads, business teams, and technical leads.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with design, QA, product, and engineering leadership, and facilitate cross-team commitments.
Technical excellence: Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; drive code quality through rigorous reviews and automation frameworks.
Continuous improvement: Champion modernization, DevOps, and professional development; encourage innovative practices and upskilling.
Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis: Lead diagnosis of complex production issues and drive effective resolution.
Documentation and communication: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Understanding of security: High level understanding of secure software design, compliance, and best practices for protecting data and systems.

12+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on enterprise applications and architecture.
Expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365): Model-driven apps, plugin development, PCF, and integration practices.
Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS components (Logic Apps, Functions), cloud security, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, Visual Studio, VS Code, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with AI tools: AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Power Platform AI Builder.
Bonus: Experience with React, TypeScript, VueJS, and modern front-end frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead solution design, technical delivery, and drive engineering best practices.
Strong understanding of software management, upgrade pathways, and compliance requirements.
You’ll also be confident in:
Leading solution design and technical delivery
Contributing to Architectural patterns
Driving code quality and engineering best practices
Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues
Creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation
