  • Define, standardise, run and improve core product rhythms, such as OKRs or planning and review processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product leaders, helping frame problems, structure options, and align on priorities and execution plans.
  • Lead the selection, roll-out, and optimisation of product tools that support discovery, delivery, and go-to-market, with a strong focus on adoption and measurable impact.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to diagnose friction in how teams operate and identify high-leverage improvements across governance, tooling, and performance management.
  • Support leadership forums and decision-making by preparing clear, structured materials and making trade-offs and dependencies explicit.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
