Job Description

Wise Platform helps banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world class payments products through their own channels. Our partners make up some of the world’s biggest banks and online platforms, such as Monzo, Standard Chartered, and Google. Wise Platform is a start-up within a scale up. Your role will be to help Wise platform scale, by making our payment infrastructure the best it can be for our partners. You will do so by leading a dedicated team in the payment processing group within the regional platform squad.

This will involve:

  • Collaborate closely with partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements by participating in calls and onsite visits alongside the Wise platform team.

  • Tailor our payment processing platform to meet the needs of banks and large enterprises, such as enhancing our correspondent banking payment infrastructure to support scalability.

  • Innovate and develop creative solutions to make payments more cost-effective and efficient for both partners and Wise customers.

  • Support the team in presenting and pitching the solutions you develop to potential partners.

The impact you have will help Wise extend its portfolio of partners and create the largest payment network in the world. You will work closely with various teams across Wise—including Technical sales teams, Solutions engineers, Product Management and Analytics—to achieve the team's objectives.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
