- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flywheel Monetization across Jira and Confluence land motions.
- Lead high-impact growth initiatives that move top-level business metrics.
- Use data to drive decisions and tradeoffs, balancing rigor with speed.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across our existing base while unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Thrive in a matrixed, experimentation-driven environment with rapid iteration, testing, and learning.
- Mentor and coach product managers, serving as a player-coach and growth thought leader.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Core Product, and Growth to deliver a high impact roadmap.
Your background
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles.
- Strong analytical skills; expertise in growth strategy, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to set clear strategy and ambitious goals that align and inspire teams.
- Balance long-term vision with rapid iteration to drive learning and impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills.
- Clear, concise communicator with confidence presenting to executive audiences.
- Proficient with AI-powered prototyping tools to quickly test and validate ideas.
