To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $221,400 - $289,050
Zone B: $199,800 - $260,850
Zone C: $184,500 - $240,875
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Golang, Java, etc)
- Proven experience in corporate IT security, with a strong background in implementing security solutions across a diverse IT landscape.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to reason about security decisions and provide domain knowledge and guidance to stakeholders and engineering functions.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale projects from start to finish and mentoring other security practitioners.
- Experience working across multiple security domains, e.g. Endpoint, Network, IAM, DLP, Zero-Trust, Application Security
It's great, but not required if you have:
- A background in large-scale cloud businesses
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, e.g ISO27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, HIPAA
- Experience with enterprise browser management
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
