Your mission: to define and lead Acronis’ AI product vision, ensure scalable execution, and deliver value to customers through intelligent, secure, and privacy-preserving AI solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Define and lead Acronis' AI product strategy across platform and product domains, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, and research teams.

  • Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact AI opportunities across Acronis’ portfolio—from cyber protection to automation, security analytics, LLM-powered workflows, and threat detection.

  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML researchers, architects, and data scientists to bring prototypes to production-grade solutions.

  • Establish and maintain a clear AI product roadmap with measurable KPIs tied to business outcomes and customer value.

  • Champion a data-driven product mindset, driving decisions with qualitative insights, quantitative data, and strategic market analysis.

  • Work across business units to embed AI natively into product experiences, while ensuring platform scalability, privacy compliance, and performance.

  • Monitor and anticipate advances in AI/ML, generative AI, LLMOps, and cloud AI infrastructure to inform product strategy and partnerships.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years driving AI/ML-focused initiatives in a platform or enterprise context.

  • Proven track record of owning AI product strategy and execution at scale — ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data platform environments.

  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.

  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence at all levels, from engineers to C-level executives.

  • Analytical and technical mindset, with the ability to translate deep technical topics into customer-centric value propositions.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and a deep appreciation for product scalability, security, and performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
