- Position our unified communication platform, helping public sector organizations communicate, engage, and build better relationship to citizens, stakeholders and employees
- Creating and implementing effective territory and account plans for your region and customer base
- Developing a deep understanding of Government and Public Sector customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales
- Co-selling effectively with our industry sales executives and other cross-functional teams to maximise Marketing Cloud's impact within government accounts.
- Nurturing and expanding relationships with public sector accounts by building trust and deeply understanding their unique challenges, including budget constraints, regulatory requirements, and evolving government policies.
- Effectively communicating with leadership, customers, partners, and extended teams to ensure alignment with public sector needs.
- Participating in team-building and company-growth activities, such as strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and volunteering.
- 3-5+ years Consultative Selling experience
- Likes to build new business, entrepreneurial spirit and grow existing business
- Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues
- Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.
- Capability and enthusiasm to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
