Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Presales Senior Bid Manager to lead and deliver bids for the International Organisations market. The position is pivotal in ensuring the company’s competitive edge in responding to complex RFPs and crafting winning solutions for high-profile clients including the Institutions and Agencies of the European Union (EUIs), United Nations (UN), World Bank and NATO.

As a Presales Senior Bid Manager for the International Organisations (IOs) Business Division of Quento, you will actively drive pre-sales initiatives and lead the creation of proposals that fuel the company’s international growth and success with some of the world’s most influential organisations.
Your responsibilities will entail:
- Bid Ownership & Management: Lead the preparation and submission of bids, including responses to RFIs/RFPs (both technical and commercial), ensuring all deliverables meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Process Development: Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the bid and proposal process, establishing best practices and efficient workflows.
- Proposal Content Leadership: Structure and own the content of proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with client needs and Quento’s value proposition.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal and external collaborators (bid team resources, technical resources, sales teams, external vendors etc.) to design optimal solutions combining software, hardware, and ICT services tailored to client requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate the bid team, fostering collaboration and accountability across all proposal participants.
- Team Mentoring: Mentor and develop bid team and junior team members
- Solution Design & Costing: Design robust, scalable solutions and accurately estimate costs, ensuring proposals are both competitive and feasible.
- Content Contribution: Author and review proposal sections, including solution design, implementation, maintenance, support services, and project plans.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling solution and product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collateral & Pre-Sales Material: Develop and maintain high-quality pre-sales collateral and supporting materials.
- Market & Technology Analysis: Conduct market research, technology assessment, and competitive analysis to inform bid strategy and positioning in the International Organisations market.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and support the ongoing implementation of the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on bid outcomes, win rates, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in presales, managing and preparing bids for ICT services for the International Organisations market (EU Institutions and EU Agencies, United Nations, World Bank, NATO etc.)
- Extensive experience with public procurement regulations and processes for European Union Institutions and International organisations
- Deep knowledge of ICT Services Life Cycle (Design, Implementation, Support, Operation, Optimization) and understanding of key ICT domains (Cloud, Data Management/Analytics, AI, ICT Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Enterprise Applictions etc.) and emerging technologies
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an asset
- Strong organisational, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in bid management
- Relevant postgraduate degrees or professional certifications (e.g., APMP, PMP) are desirable
