We pride ourselves on innovation, expertise, and dedication, and we're looking for a talented Performance Manager with a strong focus on Paid Social and PPC to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across social and search platforms, while also building trusted client relationships and using technical skills to enhance performance and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, manage, and report on Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as PPC campaigns (Google Ads).
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients: manage expectations, deliver insights, and foster strong relationships.
  • Develop and present performance reports, with actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize basic programming skills (e.g., Excel macros, Python scripts, API integrations) to automate processes, optimize reporting, and streamline workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest platform updates, trends, AI integration, and performance related best practices.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in campaign tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English verbal and written, any additional language is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Excel VBA, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with multi-channel performance marketing (e.g., Search, Display, Programmatic).
  • Knowledge of tracking technologies, pixels, and server-side tracking solutions.
