Overview
The People Business Partners are accountable for People & Capability [P&C, formerly named Human Resources] management in support of a business or geography. We partner with business leaders to design and implement a people strategy that advances the business and drives performance. More importantly, we take care of and manage our employees' lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, dedicated, and act with discretion at all times.
Role
In this position, you will:• Have a first exposure to all activities in the domain of P&C.• Assist with initiatives and projects in areas of workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training.• Respond to basic inquiries from managers and employees regarding P&C policies.• Work with Centers of Excellence [Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development and HR Business Analytics] and GBSC [Global Business Services Center] to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and managed.• Assist in vendor management.• Extract data from Workday [our HR system] for reporting purposes and/or internal use.• Build cross-functional relationships with employees, People Business Partners and leaders across the business.• Proactively support and coordinate activities with the Belgian Works Council, DS (Délégation Syndicale), and CPPT.
All About You• You are eligible for a Rosetta contract (less than 24yo)• Act with a high level of discretion at all times• Be proficient in French and English, both written and spoken• Great organizational skills and someone who has an attention to detail• Stress resistant• Higher education degree• Be able to work in and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment• Result and solution oriented, being able to multi-task• Positive mindset, team player• MS Office Suite
