The RoleThe People Operations Associate supports the day‑to‑day delivery of core people processes across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and the wider business to ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑minded, and excited to build strong operational foundations in a growing, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑line support for employee queries across policies, benefits, systems, and people processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience
- Maintain employee data within HR systems, ensuring records are up to date, accurate, and confidential
- Support employment changes including contracts, extensions, role changes, and documentation
- Partner with Payroll to support accurate and timely payroll inputs
- Assist with benefits administration and vendor coordination
- Support compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies across multiple regions
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and People Operations projects
- Collaborate with People Partners and Talent Acquisition to support broader people initiatives
- Experience in a People Operations, HR Administration, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfort working with HR systems and confidential information
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment
