Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in financial operations within a structured and supportive environment. As Payment Inputter, you'll work closely with internal teams to support accurate and time ply processing of payment and reporting tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a high-performing operation function.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks in line with internal standards and timelines.
- Process payments accurately using various internal systems and check lists.
- Rise any issues or delays promptly to the GPT supervisor.
- Contribute to a risk-aware environment by following procedures and maintaining accuracy.
Main Tasks
Operations & Processing
- Monitor shared mailboxes and action internal communications in a timely manner.
- Ensure payment entries and internal system updates are completed accurately.
- Coordinate effective with colleagues across departments to support workflow.
- Suggest process improvements and support training initiatives when needed.
System Proficiency
- Apply best practices when using systems such as Investran and time tracking tools.
- Follow procedures for initiating and processing payments across various banking platforms.
- Ensure all data entries are consistent, accurate, and meet compliance requirements.
Risk Management
- Follow standard operating procedures and check lists to reduce operational risk.
- Report and errors, exceptions, or concerns through the appropriate internal channels.
- Support internal reporting and help identify potential improvements.
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively within the team to support daily operations.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism across all assigned responsibilities.
- Take part in knowledge sharing and development within the team.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the supervisor or management.
Required
- Good academic background and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel and word.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize task.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Familiarity with payment processing or administrative systems.
- Previous experience in operational or support role.
- Strong excel capabilities (e.g., formulas, basic data handling).
- Interest in developing a career within financial operations.
