About the Role

The Partner Executive is responsible for developing the Workday pipeline across all GSI and /or Advisory Partners within the industry. In addition to working with our Partners, the Partner Executive will work across multiple internal functions, including (but not limited to) presales, marketing, services, value management, legal, and industry advisors.

About You

This role requires several years expertise in partner management or (partner) sales roles, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years professional experience within a partner (sales) organisation, ideally in an ERP software organization or

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales Strategy within a Partner Organization

Other Qualifications

  • Large & Medium Enterprise market experience required.

  • Experience working with Global System Implementors, staffing partners, independent software vendors, and other types of firms that influence technology selection decisions.

  • Experience supporting multiple senior level stakeholders.

  • Validated experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.

  • Sales experience in the region, direct and indirect, in the space of HCM and/or ERP and business applications.

  • Proven results in working across matrixed organizations, with complex team-based sales environments, and able to influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions.

  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team and across multiple departments and groups in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platform experience and understanding.

  • Understanding of Channel GTM motions, including selling through/to channel partners, co-selling/re-selling.

  • Ability to envision the future for our partners within their area of influence and share that vision broadly.

  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and build clear communications.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.

  • MBA or Masters equivalent a plus.

  • Location: Germany or Austria Workday office (Munich, Berlin or Vienna) with ability to travel.

  • Moderate Travel: 25-40%
