As Partner Marketing Manager, Platform Apps you will drive the partner marketing strategy and plan for the Celonis Platform Apps Program. 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and growth of the program in the market as more partners develop innovative apps on the Celonis Platform. You will collaborate closely with program stakeholders, regional partner management, regional partner marketing, and the extended marketing team to scale the program and execute impactful go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline and ACV for our business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, skilled at aligning with stakeholders, and building successful partner programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  

The work you’ll do:

  • Lead the global marketing strategy for Celonis Platform Apps Program, ensuring alignment with business goals and global program stakeholders
  • Drive scalable marketing initiatives to grow partner participation, deliver a successful app launch, and develop app pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders and regional field & partner marketing to design and implement demand generation campaigns for the apps that increase awareness, create leads, and accelerate pipeline with and through partners.
  • Develop and manage joint marketing opportunities with partners to promote their apps.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, content, and campaigns that support partner app launches and customer success stories.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the events team to plan and execute platform apps presence and sponsorship at Celonis’ flagship events - Celosphere and Process Intelligence Days.

The qualifications you need:

  • 4+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing or B2B marketing in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs or partner apps programs globally.
  • Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans and execute them effectively across regions and teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to guide decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • English fluency.

Please Note: This role will involve travel for partner-facing activities and internal stakeholder meetings.
