About the role

This role is offered as maternity leave cover, with a fixed-term contract for the duration of the maternity leave period. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will work on behalf of our client—a leading cloud service provider—to expand and strengthen their partner network. You’ll enable IT resellers and/or software companies to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth. In this role, you will work across the EMEA market, with a special focus on the Public Sector. You will serve as a bridge between the client and its partners, you’ll help ensure alignment and measurable results. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support. This position combines elements of partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment. This is a 6 months FTC role with the possibility to become permanent.


What you'll do

  • Plan, manage, and support partner marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals across the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance on marketing & sales tools and strategies to promote vendor products.
  • Foster trusted relationships with key decision-makers to enable long-term success.
  • Advise on and support the execution of marketing tactics, both online and offline
  • Liaise with suppliers to facilitate top partnership contract renewals and drive usage and penetration growth among your partners
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign KPIs and overall performance, sharing feedback and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing progress and actionable insights.
  • Organize and deliver marketing webinars and one annual in-person event
  • Collaborate with local teams on MDF requests and claims, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage agencies, oversee deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of 4/5 years working in a Marketing and/or Partner Management role, ideally in the tech sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • The ability to grow relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for process improvement.
  • Operational ability and willingness to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge of marketing practices within the Public Sector space is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
  • Experience of planning and managing marketing plans and campaigns; both online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, social networks, display advertising, video production) and offline (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives).
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills (Smartsheet or PowerBI will be a plus) with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Passion for technology and keeping up with marketing trends.
