About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to play a key role in driving Wildix's growth across the UK. In this role, you will manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), while working closely with internal teams to accelerate the successful onboarding of new partners.
You will spend approximately 80% of your time engaging directly with partners, delivering enablement, training, and business development initiatives that help grow their success with Wildix. Your focus will be on building strong, strategic relationships, increasing partner capability, and positioning Wildix as their first choice for AI-powered UCaaS solutions. By developing high-performing partner accounts and identifying new growth opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Wildix's presence across the UK channel.

What You Will Do

  • Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
  • Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
  • Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
  • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
  • Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
  • Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes
  • Traveling regularly for business needs

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in channel sales 
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both team members and partners
  • Grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Ability to work in a structured and professional manner to deliver sales targets
  • Being a team player who enjoys working with others
  • Detailed and analytical approach to generating revenue

💵 Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between £105K and £115K gross per year, including base salary and commissions. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
