Paraplanner

We’re looking for experienced Paraplanners to join our growing team. This is primarily a remote role, with regular time in your local office to collaborate and support your colleagues in person.

What you’ll be doing:

• support consultants and senior teams with technical and investment advice across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management

• prepare, review, and update proposals, letters, and client reports

• assist with delivery of the Group’s products and services, including cash management, tax products, and bespoke client solutions

• ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

What we’re looking for:

• a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Certificate in Paraplanning, or equivalent

• strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and wider wealth management solutions

• understanding of current regulations, legislation, and compliance procedures

• certification function under SMCR, with annual FIT assessments and certification renewal required

• excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
