As the Paid Social Senior Strategist you will:Campaign Management: Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continual improvement. Implement advanced audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid management techniques to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. Oversee the execution, ensuring campaigns meet defined goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data. Extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
Collaboration: work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest level of client service, while maximizing media efficiency, and team effectiveness.
Leadership: serve as a leader and mentor to junior team members, supporting their career growth and empowering them with the resources and experience they need to learn.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies. Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis.
- 7+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn.
Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of new platform updates, and outside factors that may influence the future of Paid Social marketing.
Strong presentation and sales ability to effectively communicate and sell in new idea with internal and external stakeholders
