    • Conduct thorough keyword research and manage performance analytics to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Optimisation:
    • Continuously optimise ad creatives, copy, and dynamic elements based on performance data.
    • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and campaign management platforms to analyze conversion data and drive strategic improvements.
    • Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strategic Innovation & Implementation:
    • Develop innovative PPC strategies that align with overall product growth and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee the setup and launch of campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach.
    • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, documenting strategies and outcomes to drive continuous campaign improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the Tech team to ensure seamless integration of digital advertising efforts with technology-driven insights and solutions.
    • Work alongside Design and Marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic alignment across all digital channels.
  • Market & Industry Insights:
    • Stay current with the latest PPC trends and digital advertising innovations.
    • Provide insights on market performance and support broader digital marketing efforts, including basic SEO and website performance analysis.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing campaigns, with a proven track record of handling high-budget, complex accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign management platforms, with robust analytical and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, make swift data-driven decisions, and take ownership of campaign performance.
  • Experience in crafting and executing innovative paid search strategies that drive conversions and growth.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with Tech colleagues.
  • Fluency in French is essential, and additional European languages are a plus.

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns across international markets (particularly EMEA and the US).
  • Previous experience thriving in a startup or similarly dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
