We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support multiple contracts on the Signal Analysis System (SAS) program, with roughly $35M in orders per year.
Reporting to the Tactical Systems Operations Product Line Director, this role will also serve as the lead OPM for the Maritime Sensors & Systems (MSS) Product Area in Hudson NH. As the lead, this candidate position will be responsible for staffing and monitoring performance of two OPMs in Hudson NH/SEAS factory.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days per week.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- This position oversees and manages the Operations scope, quality, cost and schedule - and serves as liaison between project management, factory production and support (supply chain, quality, technical operations, etc.) and Operations line management.
- Main Operations focal point for a major Production and Sustainment program.
- Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs.
- Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution.
- Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line.
