    The opportunity

    We're looking for an experienced Operations Performance Analyst to join our Operations Performance Improvement team on a full time, permanent basis.

    This role is pivotal in driving the success of the Operations team by delivering impactful reporting and insights that support strategic goals.

    Your new role

    As part of the Operations Performance Improvement team, you’ll create dynamic visual reports, uncover valuable insights, and offer actionable recommendations that will shape decisions and inspire positive change across the organization.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage with various stakeholders to understand business needs to design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using company standards.
    • Support and resolve data and report issues.
    • Manage deadlines across BAU and project activities
    • Maintain adequate documentation of all data, reports, and processes.
    • Actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and skills, develop own knowledge of standard procedures and processes.

    About You

    You'll have experience in translating data into actionable insights and a deep understanding of relational databases and business intelligence development in the insurance or financial services sector. A background in insurance industry, along with familiarity in advanced analytics using Python or R, is highly desirable, as is experience with Workday in a People Analytics role.

    Skills you'll need:

    • Analytical mindset
    • Proficiency in data visualisation tool like PowerBI or Qlikview, Tableau, and systems knowledge in SAS, SQL, and Access
    • Ability to communicate effectively with tech and non tech teams.
    • Strong planning skills
    • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, experience in SQL
