- Work with charity partners to support the smooth and efficient processing of returned goods
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to meet inbound goods requirements and maximise inventory availability
- Arrange bespoke shipping solutions to support events and PR initiatives
- Proactively resolve customer delivery issues, escalating where appropriate
- Support the UK Operations team in delivering accurate and timely operational and supply-chain performance metrics
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years experience in an Operations or Supply Chain role within a B2C or B2B consumer goods environment
- Experience using order management systems (Linnworks experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Comfort following standard operating procedures while proactively solving problems
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and managing your time well
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with external supply-chain and logistics partners
Contract & Location Details:
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
- Contract Duration: Up to a maximum of 12 months, dependent on the return of the substantive post-holder
- Location: Remote – United Kingdom

This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover. The contract is expected to continue for up to a maximum of 12 months but may end earlier if the substantive post-holder returns to work before that time. In such circumstances, the contract will end following appropriate notice, in line with the notice provisions set out in the employment contract.
