As Operational Lead, you are responsible for turning strategy into execution across core business operations. You build scalable operating systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure teams deliver measurable outcomes. This role plays a critical part in market expansion, operational excellence, and day-to-day execution across regions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and getting things done.
What You Will Do
Lead execution of key operational initiatives and ensure business priorities are delivered on time and to standard. Own operational KPIs, improve efficiency, and build systems that support rapid scaling.
Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences that create clarity, accountability, and consistency across teams.
Drive cross-functional coordination by working closely with product, technology, marketing, customer, and commercial teams. Act as a central point to unblock issues and keep initiatives moving.
Support market expansion and scaling efforts by coordinating local operational readiness, office setup, and execution of go-to-market activities.
Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Use data to continuously improve execution quality and operational outcomes.
Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic direction into actionable plans and ensure consistent follow-through across the organization.

What You Bring
7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business management, fintech, or high-growth startups
At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Proven ability to scale operations or drive complex initiatives end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
Ability to structure ambiguity and make decisive execution calls
Location Requirement
Based in the UK
Comfortable working closely with teams across Southeast Asia
