Your responsabilities :
• Process and manage payments to external participants.
• Manage relationship with internal and external accountants.
• Project management with invoice preparation, distribution, and tracking.
• Performs and/or coordinates the administrative office activities, reception, facilities, security, shipping and receiving, and other support functions as needed.
• Works directly with vendors to secure services for facility.
• Provides administrative support to the site director and other managers as needed.
• Maintains office and home office equipment as well as supplies.
• Recommends actions to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply.
• Maintains facility records and files.
• May prepare agenda, collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences and may plan and coordinate arrangements.
• Takes minutes and keeps record of proceedings as required.
• Provides assistance on ongoing projects.
• May support on internal business documentation (e.g. translating documents).
• Perform requisition creation and purchase orders as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Your profile :
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma plus 10 years of related experience or bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience.
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English and local language, if different, required.
Working conditions :
• Contract : full-time 100% or part-time 70 or 80%.
• Must be at least 2-3 days a week on site.
