Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications across all layers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to project success by creating robust APIs, developing user interfaces, and supporting continuous delivery in an agile environment, supporting the organization’s digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Software Requirements
Required:
Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6/8+ for backend development
Strong experience in C# programming, API development, and microservices architecture
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or TypeScript (SPA development)
Knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ for data access and management
Experience with version control tools like Git
Familiarity with Azure development, including Blazor (preferred)
Strong skills in cloud deployment, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and supporting CI/CD pipelines
Experience with secure token-based authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
Preferred:
Knowledge of cloud-native development and microservices orchestration
Familiarity with containerized deployment using Kubernetes and Docker Compose
Experience with DevOps practices and tooling
Overall Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across front-end, API, and backend layers
Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX teams to implement new features and improve user experience
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following standards and best practices
Develop and consume RESTful and token-based APIs for integrated systems
Support application deployment, environment configuration, and performance tuning
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software reliability and security
Participate in code reviews and design discussions for continuous quality improvement
Stay informed about latest technologies and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions

Programming Languages:
Required: C# (.NET Core/NET 6/8+), TypeScript, JavaScript
Preferred: Additional scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
Frameworks & Libraries:
ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, React.js, Angular, Blazor (preferred)
Databases & Data Management:
SQL Server, Entity Framework, data modeling, and database query optimization
Cloud Technologies:
Azure, AWS, or GCP supporting cloud-native development, deployment, and scaling
Development & CI/CD Tools:
Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and related tools
Security & Protocols:
Implementation of secure APIs, token-based authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption standards
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience supporting enterprise-scale applications using .NET technologies
Proven track record of delivering robust web applications and scalable APIs in an agile environment
Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular) preferred
Experience in cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines highly desirable
Industry experience in finance, banking, or enterprise IT applications is advantageous
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs
Design and implement front-end interfaces with React or Angular, ensuring responsiveness and usability
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams during requirement gathering, architecture, and implementation phases
Conduct code and architecture reviews, optimize code performance, and implement security best practices
Support deployment pipelines, automate build processes, and manage environment configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively, ensuring high system availability
Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, APIs, and operational procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
3+ years supporting enterprise applications and API development in .NET environments
Certifications in cloud platforms or security (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications support enterprise objectives
