Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Limited Service Restaurants to be based in The Field, UK. 

 

 

The NAE LSR is responsible for growing sales and distribution of Red Bull SKUs within LSR (Limited Service Restaurants), covering national scale restaurant brands in the QSR (Fast Food) and Coffee Shop sectors.

 

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable both managing existing customers with strategic JBPs and winning new business. The candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience winning new business and be comfortable with the end-to-end new business cycle from engaging stakeholders, to presenting and negotiating commercials, negotiating to onboarding a new customer.

 

They will be commercially savvy and able to think two steps ahead of the decisions they make, considering both the internal and external impact of commercial decisions. They will have brilliant communication and relationship building skills, a naturally tenacious personality as well as a passion for new business.

 

This role will play an integral part in one of the fastest growing areas of the On Premise and is an excellent opportunity to make a big impact in the UK Red Bull Business.

Job Description

New Business Development

Drive growth and distribution within the LSR universe. Track development of new business pipeline and create distribution growth that demonstrates RB UK market as progressive and a global leader within LSR

Strong confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate

 

Account Management

To manage and develop existing business with key LSR Customers.

Identify and develop new volume and distribution opportunities within the foodservice sector.

Deliver agreed customer volume and profit targets and support the Channel Manager and SNAM in delivery of the wider channel and company initiatives.

 

Customer Contact Strategy

Proactively manage customer contact strategy and tackle any obstacles.

Timely meetings with contacts to ensure development of overall business plan.

Develop strong cross-functional relationships to ensure all opportunities are maximized with a robust calendar of initiatives.

 

Red Bull Contact Strategy

Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account targets.

To include trade marketing, category, supply chain and finance.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Global LSR team, Sales Director, Channel Manager, Head of On-Premise Marketing, Field Sales Team, Commercial Finance & On-Premise National Account Teams.

 

Category Expertise

To become an expert in category, consumer and customer and grow Energy Drinks category incrementally, with a particular focus on the opportunity in LSR Key Accounts.

 

Brand Advocate

To be a brand advocate to your customers, contacts and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.

 

Qualifications

Proven FMCG Experience, ideally in Foodservice national accounts.

Evidence of winning new business that deliver against strategic objectives.

Proven account management & P&L Understanding.

Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.

Motivated, autonomous and self-starter mentality with a focus on results and customers.
