Overview
The Multimedia Content Manager will be a key role within CSC's Content team to support and shape a high-impact content strategy that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. As part of a collaborative global marketing team that functions like an in-house agency, you will craft compelling content across a variety of formats and channels to support key business units and enterprise-wide initiatives.
The role is dynamic and hands-on. You will be responsible for managing content from concept to execution-partnering with stakeholders, maintaining editorial calendars, writing and editing, coordinating internal production teams, and measuring performance. You will be instrumental in helping CSC deliver consistent, dynamic external communications that strengthen our market position and engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of multimedia content assets, from blogs and social posts to videos and animations.
- Maintaining content calendars, workflow tools, and schedules. Showing good project management and monitoring skills.
- Ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives, to support lead generation and customer nurturing.
- Writing and editing, tailoring content for different formats and media. Showing good editorial judgement and ensuring all content is factually accurate and stylistically sound.
- Basic design for templated content such as social assets.
- Ownership of measuring and monitoring content performance. Ability to critically analyze these metrics to make ongoing recommendations.
- Working closely with internal Design and Digital teams to optimize content formats and schedules.
- Maintaining good relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Professional level written and verbal English communication skills essential, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging narratives.
- Experience managing multimedia content across a variety of digital formats, including blogs, animations, and videos.
- Experience overseeing end-to-end content production in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and giving/receiving feedback in a constructive manner.
- Diligent, 'can do' proactive attitude essential. Ability to deal with evolving situations and prioritize own work.
- Stamina, professionalism, and integrity.
