- Clear and effective communication, able to express ideas and collaborate efficiently in a team.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Approachable and easy to work with, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

- Self-driven, comfortable working with little supervision towards a common team purpose.
- Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
- Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava.
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
- Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
- Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).
- Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and robust data structures.
