Who we are:
  • We are part of GEA Digital, focused on developing digital solutions and services.

  • We collaborate across disciplines and with internal and external partners.

  • We build solutions for monitoring and managing systems for the dairy farming industry.

  • We are rebuilding our mobile experience with Flutter.

  • Our designated tech stack will also include Firebase, REST APIs, Azure, GitHub, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.

Why we need you:
  • You develop and maintain mobile apps using Flutter.

  • You contribute to UI/UX design and ensure smooth integration with backend services.

  • You support app deployment, bug fixing, and you collaborate with product support where needed.

  • You bring solid experience in mobile app development with Flutter.

  • You ideally have also worked with native mobile platforms or other mobile frameworks.

  • You would be a perfect fit if you knew your way around .NET MAUI apps, too (our legacy).

  • You care about code quality, performance, and user experience.

  • You’re familiar with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and mobile CI/CD pipelines.

  • You’re a team player with great English skills (German is a plus) and are open to occasional travel (<10%).

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
