THE ROLE
We’re looking for a junior–mid level Paid Ads Specialist (AI Optimization) who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast. If you’re curious about AI, excited about paid ads, and ready to level up your skills, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of cross-channel and omnichannel campaigns, assist with budget allocation across platforms, and help build smooth, personalized customer journeys. You’ll gain hands-on experience with AI-driven optimization, data analysis, and campaign scaling — all while contributing to meaningful results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences.
Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
DTC Ecommerce Focus (Top Priority): Candidates with hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands will be given absolute priority. We’re looking for someone who understands the DTC ecosystem and knows how to scale performance in that space.
Paid Advertising Experience: Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions.
Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.
Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them.
Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
Deadline-Driven: Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving campaign goals.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
Junior: €900–€1,400 after taxes
Mid-Level Specialist: €1,400–€2,300 after taxes

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
